I am not one to do reviews good or bad, however, I feel I need to for this. I received this lighter about a year ago as a gift – loved it. It had stopped working about a month ago so I emailed the company to see if there was something I could do to get it working again. I ended up meeting with Jim and he exchanged the insides for me free. Works like it is brand new. The customer service was top notch. Emails were answered quickly.
